4 Major Rules
1 gram of protein per body pound that you weigh.
50-60 grams of carbohydrates "30 to 40 for women"
10 to 15 % of your body weight in fat grams
No more than 1200mg of sodium per day
Prior to each workout, and for cooling down after each workout stretching is ex termly important to prevent injuries and cramps. Hold each stretch for 5 to 10 seconds.
Consume pure protein prior to, and after each workout.
